@gnatureandwellbeing What a beautiful day we had for the first 'Sound Bath Saturday' of the year in the Tropical Dome at @hiltoncourt We hosted two groups during the day, each enjoying two very different and contrasting kinds of sound bath. First the powerful Gong & Sound Journey, with the array vibrations, frequencies and overtones bouncing around the dome. Then following a short break, onto the light and dreamy tones of the Brainwave Bowls, gently luring our minds into a deeper state of relaxation. It was great to welcome a mix of familiar new faces across both sessions.
