Whitland: Our Gong & Sound Journey returns to the Memorial Hall for a Sunday morning class Sunday 12th Jan Pembroke (Sun 12th Jan) & Clyro (Fri 17th jan): We will be hosting a New Year Special 2 hour extended Sound Meditation incorporating both the Gong Sound Journey and Himalayan Brainwave Bowls in one continuous class. A great opportunity to truly relax and reset as you embed your intentions for the year ahead 
Radyr – We will be hosting our Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Meditation Class after the regular Gong & Sound Journey (discounted bolt on tickets available for attending both) Ogmore-By-Sea – Both classes are being hosted as per usual on Sunday 19th
Crundale – On Thurs 23rd Jan Deb’s Yoga and Fitness and I will be co-hosting a New Year Deep Clean – to shift out the old energies of 2024Summary of events during December

We will be hosting ‘Sound Bath Saturday in a Tropical Dome’ as a scaled down version of our Nature Vibrations Wellness Days.
There will be two sessions, one at 1000-1230 and another at 1400-1630 consisting of our Gong & Sound Journey, followed by our Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Meditation Class
