As well as many of our regular classes…

We will be hosting ‘Sound Bath Saturday in a Tropical Dome’ as a scaled down version of our Nature Vibrations Wellness Days.

There will be two sessions, one at 1000-1230 and another at 1400-1630 consisting of our Gong & Sound Journey, followed by our Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Meditation Class

We will host another Meadow Gong & Sound Journey at Dewslake Farm Campsite, Lamphey on Sunday 1st Sept, the morning following their The Growing Wild Festival

A new collaboration with Little Retreats Wales will see us co- host a series of 3 hour Shinrin-Yoku Classes and Woodland Gong Sound Journeys, followed by a supper in the Potting Shed Restaurant in their wonderful walled garden.
