Geraint brings a distinctive combination of facilitation skills and leadership experience, refined through years spent in global pharmaceutical organisations.

His own wellbeing journey was sparked when personal challenges including ADHD burnout, stress, and anxiety were unmasked by a series of concurrent life events.

This personal experience not only shaped his own path to wellbeing but inspired his transition into the role of Wellbeing Practitioner.

Our wellbeing workshops are designed to help participants confront and release self-imposed limitations, encouraging them to recognise and break free from restrictive beliefs that may be holding them back.

Through guided journaling exercises, participants explore aspects of themselves that have perhaps been obscured by habitual thinking or self-doubt. This process allows them to identify mental blocks, such as self-imposed barriers, and reframe these into empowering visions of their best selves.

By fostering an environment of self-reflection and insight, the workshop equips attendees with the clarity and tools they need to reshape their inner narratives.
